we need the following documents from you to process your application and to determine wether we can rent a property to you:
- Copy ID/Passport
- Acceptance letter of your educational institution (in case you are studying)
- Salary slips and Employment contract of employer (only in case you are going to work in the Netherlands or going to work from the Netherlands)
- Bankstatement with proof of deposit of your salary or student loan.
In case you have a guarantor:
- Filled in guarantor form (you will receive a guarantor form once we assign a property to you)
- Copy ID/Passport of guarantors
